The Trade Desk Senior Data Center Engineer role, in our Production Engineering team is responsible for the reliability and efficient operation of systems, applications, and processes at The Trade Desk. You will be hands-on in managing and improving our high-scale data centers as we continue to expand our physical footprint. As a Data Center Engineering team member (DCENG), we set the standards for data center/colocation deployments for the engineering organization and provide guidance on architecting and maintaining our physical infrastructure.Join us in shaping the future of our growing data centers-if you're up for the challenge, we'd love to connect! ABOUT THE ROLE: The Trade Desk infrastructure is "hybrid" both in operating system (Linux, Windows) and environment (bare metal, cloud). This position supports the fundamentals of the bare metal portion of our technology.

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
