5+ years of UAT testing experience, preferably mobile, in enterprise environment -FS, payments apps experience -Automation is not needed at this time just nice to have, will look at automating later but now the focus is test scripts/test execution for UAT digital payments (web and mobile) -Data mgmt., data creation, data manipulation - use an internal tool so agnostic Testers will be conducting user acceptance testing for mobile, using a simulator. When presenting a candidate, 5+ years manual QA testing experience. Some automation experience would be a nice to have (primarily only for some scenarios where we may have automated scripts available that can be leveraged to expedite the manual testing workload) Responsible for validating that related activities and software enhancements function as designed. May include: setting testing processes and procedures for other testers; ensuring quality and completion of other testers outputs; functional, regression, integrated and performance testing; test data management and data conditioning/reservation; test environment management; and test batch support /operations. This employee will ensure their own and others' adherence to enterprise testing standards, frameworks, and controls. The proper candidate will have extensive experience in the field of QA testing with the ability to bring improvements to the process. Position Summary Acts as a tester on the creation, maintenance and execution of test scripts, oversight of execution and defect management and other specialty testing activities in the areas of manual and automation testing, test environments, data conditioning and application specialties specific to Mobile and Online/desktop pages. Identifies and develops ways to improve the quality, capability, or efficiency of the testing process. Responsible for oversight of day-to-day testing activities of multiple releases supporting varying project scope. Consults on estimations, impact assessment and risk assessment of development changes. Manages the resource allocation and demand of international QA team. Responsibilities *Manages all aspects of test execution in support of Mobile and Online/Desktop releases and enhancements *Experienced ALM user comfortable with quickly adapting to new testing platforms and technologies *Experience utilizing JIRA *Payments testing application experience strongly preferred *Experience testing software using both desktop/online and mobile devices *Proven track record of delivering results within a highly matrixed, enterprise level QA environment (ideally with a major Bank or financial institution) *Capable of adapting to both Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as needed depending on the project at hand *Comfortable operating in a demanding, fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal instruction / hand-holding *Estimate testing efforts to support defined testing scope/timelines *Ensure proper resource allocation is maintained to support efforts within funding limits *Foster collaboration between different teams for successful releases *Analyze testing results and other data to ensure continuous improvement in quality and efficiency *Mentor members of the team in software development, testing methods, and analysis *Comfortable managing competing priorities from multiple projects simultaneously *(Nice to have) - Preferred candidates will have knowledge of and/or previous experience working with investment and financial products including Retirement/Brokerage, Wires/ACH, P2P, Bill Pay, Digital Transfers/Money Movement *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
