A Day In The Life
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and develop automation and integration solutions that enhance business efficiency and scalability. You'll collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into seamless, impactful technology solutions.

As a Sr Engineer, Software Dev you will:

  • Drive integration, automation, and AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation tools and system integrations, optimizing processes to improve efficiency and interoperability.
  • Partner with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Learn and leverage AI to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and drive continuous innovation in automation and system integrations.
  • Perform testing, validation, and documentation of solutions, maintaining high standards of reliability, security, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing automation and integration solutions.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, or a related field. Req
  • 6+ years of experience delivering IT solutions across cross-functional teams. Required
  • 2+ years of experience in complete software development from concept to deployment.
  • Proficiency in any programming languages (preferably Python and .NET) for development and automation.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS) and desire to learn AWS technologies.
  • Background in RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Infrastructure as Code).
  • Understanding the "why" of your work, not just the execution of it.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating cross-team technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Strong communication skills, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Skilled in managing relationships, building trust, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Developer) are preferred.

Physical and Environmental RequirementsThe physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements
20% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
