Education Details: BS or Equivalent

Job Locations: St. Louis, Missouri (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the delivery of 3 projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time
and within budget
* Ensure the effective management of resources, handling project risks and ensure right set of
knowledgeable teams
* Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that services are aligned with
business objectives
* Develop and implement service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency
and effectiveness
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology to drive service
delivery improvements

Requirements:

* Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service delivery with Insurance domain in LIFE area
* Demonstrate expertise in managing and leading IT service delivery teams
* Show proficiency in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and policies.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
* Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.

Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
