TSA,part of the Ryerson Family of Companies is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Bi-Lingual, Spanish Speaking Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our administrative functions while providing varying levels of support to management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Handle Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, and invoicing of our customers using QuickBooks
  • Assist with inside sales activities as required, including customer follow-ups, order processing, and sales reporting
  • Resolution of billing and purchase order issues
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for all functions of customer/vendor/freight claims, new acct setup, inventories, and reconciliation
  • Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with five (5) years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Candidates must be able to speak and write in Spanish fluently, demonstrating strong communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details


Salary: $75,745-$113,617 annually. A starting salary higher than $75,745 annually is based on experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
