Job Description Summary Job Purpose:The Precision Health Disease Area Lead is responsible for the creation and orchestration of the Precision Health strategy executed within specific disease areas. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the Precision Health Strategy, tactical development and execution oversight within the disease area. Works closely with disease area stakeholders included but not limited to the therapeutic area General Managers, Strategy Leads, Brand, Customer Engagement and Precision Health to ensure that the precision health strategy creation spans the care-path for the patient journey. Accountable for driving impact and maintaining growth in key precision health growth measures aligned to disease areas, including but not limited to representing US interests in R&D /Pipeline/Launch planning and disease area strategy. Build a culture to improve patient outcomes aligned to solving care gaps at the site of care across the patient journey. Guide development and execution of collateral for the Precision Health field teams to solve care gaps at the point of care/site of care. Job Description Essential Requirements:
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500.00 and $344,500.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
