A Day In The Life Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions that will transform business operations. This is not just a technical role; it is a strategic position that will help define how AI, ML, and data science integrate into the company's technology landscape, spanning industries such as financial services, automotive, sports, hospitality, and entertainment. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly operate at the enterprise level, shaping the architectural vision for intelligent, data-driven solutions while remaining deeply engaged with development teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals. This role requires a unique combination of technical excellence, hands-on development experience, and leadership presence. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners to drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and impactful. A strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and how data flows through enterprise systems is essential to designing solutions that fully leverage AI and analytics capabilities. As a Solution Architect you will:
- Define and own the AI/ML solution architecture, setting the technical vision for enterprise-wide adoption of intelligent systems.
- Design and implement enterprise applications that integrate AI/ML capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high performing.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software engineering, data management, and cloud computing.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by collaborating closely with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists.

What We Need From You
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Req
- 8+ years of experience specifically in solution architecture. Required
- 10+ years of experience in software development Required
- Proven experience as both an enterprise architect and a hands-on solution architect, capable of bridging high-level strategy with day-to-day implementation. Required
- Full-stack development experience in .NET, including front-end frameworks such as Blazor, React, or Angular, and back-end services. Required
- Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data streaming, including Kafka or similar technologies. Required
- Experience with enterprise data management principles and platforms, including Databricks, and how they support AI-driven solutions. Required
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization. Required
- Experience with infrastructure automation and container orchestration, including Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies. Required
- Experience in financial services, insurance, automotive, sports, hospitality, entertainment, or related industries. Preferred
- Experience with high-performance computing or distributed systems. Preferred
- Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud computing with extensive hands-on experience in AWS services.
- Expertise in API design and management, including RESTful and event-driven APIs.
- Strong understanding of integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications, collaborating with data science teams to bring models into production.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, build strong relationships, and instill confidence in technical strategies.
- Deep knowledge of security, compliance, and best practices for enterprise software solutions.
