Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process to manage and grow assigned accounts, cultivate and develop new customers, and grow revenue in the targeted product and geographic markets. The Sales Manager will communicate, sell to, and build relationships with all levels of the customers' organization including but not limited to personnel in the C-Suite, Executive Level, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing. This role will develop and manage a sales pipeline for existing and new accounts, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and develop / launch a marketing strategy. The person in this role will work independently as well as collaboratively and cross-functionally while being a positive reflection of Ingersoll Rand's corporate values. Responsibilities:

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This position will be based a remote position but will need to travel to manage customer relationships and support business needs. The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $110k-$135k The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
