The Importance of the Role Global Procurement & Strategic Sourcing (GPSS) collaboratively builds strategic sourcing solutions for Sarepta's businesses around the globe to create value from our supply base, ensure the highest quality products and services are supplied to our patients, and support the Company's growth. The co-op will gain valuable insight into the procurement function of a fast-paced biotech company and an understanding of the pivotal role procurement plays in maximizing value across the organization. The co-op will receive learning experiences and meaningful work that challenge and reward, working on projects that align with the needs within the procurement function. The dynamic nature of our business means that no two days will be the same and you'll receive support and mentorship to help you deliver your best The Opportunity to Make a Difference This application is for a 6-month co-op program that will start on July 7th, 2025, and conclude on December 19th, 2025. This is a full-time, 40 hours a week, co-op program. Gain knowledge and understanding of all facets of the procurement process from sourcing, contracting, requisitioning, and supplier relationship management. Develop fundamental procurement skills in building category strategy, contract negotiation, data driven problem-solving, change management and continuous improvement. Enhance interpersonal communication and collaboration skills as you work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT and various business stakeholders. Work with Category Leads to develop sourcing strategy and participate in on-going RFPs with business stakeholders. Develop reporting analytics incorporating data from multiple sources, including a newly launched sourcing tool, to enhance current Procurement performance metrics. Drive improvement projects with Finance and Accounting to streamline current processes under the guidance of Procurement Operations. More about You Graduate student enrolled in a master-level degree program pursuing a degree in one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Economics/Math, Business Management, Finance, Organizational Development, and Information Science and Analytics. Strong interest in learning about the procurement function and biotech industry. Team oriented and able to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Creative, eager to learn, motivated, and willing to take initiative on assigned projects/task. This role is hybrid and expected to be in the office at the Cambridge location 1-2 times per week. The targeted salary range for this position is $22 - $34 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.
