In the role of Assistant Transportation Project Manager, we'll count on you to:



  • Serve in a leadership role under the direction of a Project Director or Project Manager focused on successful delivery of transportation projects.
  • Oversee the work of project team members performing various project delivery and technical activities.
  • Prepare or oversee the development of executive presentations and other deliverables, as requested by the Project Director, Element Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Participate in activities to facilitate successful delivery of projects and communication with client and internal management.
  • Assume project management duties and interact with clients, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed #LI-JF1


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in the delivery of transportation projects
  • California PE License
  • Experience with program and project management, highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning is preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in developing and continuously improving the delivery framework of transportation projects
  • Experience in developing and refining documents prepared to communicate project status to managers and executives

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years related experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
