Professional Development Program (PDP) Hemostasis and Acute Care Diagnostics Program Overview: At Werfen, our people are our most important asset. Our Professional Development Program (PDP) targets talented and ambitious developing professionals with high learning potential, strong personal values and ethics, and a passion for continuous learning. Designed to provide a unique, accelerated rotational experience, the program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of who we are and what we do here at Werfen that drives our passion for patient care. The two-year program is broken down into four, six-month rotations across select departments and project teams. Your rotational assignments will be customized to support your development and provide you with the knowledge and experience to support a successful and rewarding career with Werfen. Throughout your program experience, there will be regular discussions with your manager and the Program Lead to help identify options for career paths within Werfen. Unique networking opportunities, exposure to senior leadership and individual career coaching are available to all program participants. Responsibilities
Position Description: The Digital Innovation team at Werfen is looking for a PDP to join their team! The Digital Innovation PDP employee will be responsible for using their skills and knowledge in software development and emerging technologies to contribute to key company projects and assignments throughout their rotational experiences. This may include designing and implementing full-stack solutions, developing Proof of Concept (POC) projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve business operations.
