National Marketing Manager

We're seeking a creative and data-driven National Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling marketing narratives, developing and executing social media strategies, and leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency. This role demands a versatile individual who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the voice of our products, connecting with our target audience through engaging content and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Storytelling & Copywriting:

• • Develop clear and persuasive marketing messaging for various channels, including website, paid media, email, and social.
  • Craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences and highlights key product benefits.
  • Create product documentation, sales social, and presentations.

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:

• • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create engaging content calendars and manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube).
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Execute community management tasks.

• AI Integration & Content Enhancement:

• • Utilize AI tools for content generation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Explore and implement new AI-powered solutions to enhance marketing workflows and content creation.
  • Stay up to date on current AI trends.

• Video Editing & Production:

• • Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) to produce high-quality video content.

• Product & Program Launch Support:

• • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute launch plans.
  • Create launch assets, including websites, email campaigns, paid media and social media content.
  • Analyze launch performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience leading others and effectively managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing-related vendors
• Strong technical aptitude and intermediate computer skills with expertise in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), email management systems, video editing and website content management systems
• Ability to influence others and overcome objections
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience managing relationships with marketing-related vendors
• High bias for action
• Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to work well within cross-functional teams
