JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Statistics, or Accounting
• 10+ years' experience in business development finance, investment or strategic consulting environment
• 7 years' of transaction experience in M&A or Corporate Development at a large Investment Bank or large Corporation
• Significant experience in leading teams to successfully execute all aspects of M&A transactions including: acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures and other strategic alliances
• Experience leading transaction processes including: sourcing, valuation, structuring,
• Experienced decision-maker, balances research and analytics with necessary speed-to-market
• Ability to innovate and a willingness to take risks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Business acumen and project/process integration skills

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Master's degree in business
• Knowledge of quantitative investment structures and techniques Experience operating or personally owning or operating a commercial venture

This a hybrid role affording up to 2x a week WFH.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
