GenAI Intern

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated GenAI Intern to join our team and work on cutting-edge generative AI projects. In this role, you will assist in research, development, and prototyping of innovative AI solutions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with industry experts, and contribute to real-world projects that drive our business forward.

Successful GenAI intern candidates must:



  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and a keen interest in generative AI.
  • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Research & Development: Assist in exploring and implementing generative AI techniques, including natural language processing, image generation, and other AI-driven solutions.
  • Data Management: Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis efforts to improve model performance and reliability.
  • Evaluation & Documentation: Help assess model accuracy and performance while documenting methodologies, experiments, and results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Minimum Salary: $84,000.80

Maximum Salary:$120,750.55

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $84,000.80 and $120,750.55/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
