What you will be doing You will work with multiple lines of business/products as part of the Business Operations and Technology Solutions sales team, which is supported by various sales and account management teams in Banking and Capital Markets. Your primary role is to drive revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying new business sales opportunities, and closing those qualified opportunities.
- Act as a Sales subject matter expert during the entire sales process cycle (from initial deal qualification until the deal is closed).
- Position FIS Outsourced Banking Back Office Solutions to prospects, demonstrating our expertise in automated, cloud-based solutions for Deposit and Lending Operations, Agentic AI, Human in a Loop, and Workforce Technology Solutions during the sales cycle.
- Qualify Outsourced Banking Back Office Solutions opportunities with prospects and existing clients, assessing the scope requirements for each individual opportunity supported by our pre-sales engineering teams.
- Prepare Proposals and Presentations, considering the overall positioning of Back Office Solutions and Services to best align with the customers' strategic needs.
- Assist in completing RFP/RFI due diligence questionnaires regarding Outsourced Banking Back Office Solutions offerings.
- Work closely with stakeholders and customers across all of their Outsourced Banking Back Office Solutions sales processes (Lead Generation, Qualification, Requirements Gathering, Business and Legal Reviews, etc.).
- Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure any non-standard service elements have been properly scrutinized and approved before contract execution.
- Habitually document and maintain opportunity status, including next steps, deal stages, pricing, and forecasting.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
What you bring:
- Proven track record of strong sales acumen and capabilities in the mid-to large financial institutions space
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex topics with the ability to adjust messages by audience (Executive, IT, Line of Business)
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, work effectively and independently, and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of AI tools and services sales
- Experience selling outsourced managed services, call center services, and/or back-office services

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $116,780.00 - $192,690.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
