We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Management System Manager to join our dynamic team. The QMS Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the DEPCOM Quality Management System. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What You Will Do * Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) for solar construction. * Manage the documentation through its entire life cycle, including developing and executing, storage, retention, and destruction processes of policies/procedures and records. * Work with SMEs in Quality, Commissioning, Project Delivery, Engineering, and others to write, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures. * Develop and execute an internal audit program to support understanding and adherence to the QMS. * Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement; develop action plans to enhance quality performance. * Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness and best practices, across the project value-chain (engineering through construction). * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their quality management systems are aligned with DEPCOM Power's and Customer's standards. * Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's quality assurance capabilities. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience in Quality Management. * Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems and processes. * Experience conducting/leading quality system audits and capability assessments. * Proficiency in quality management software and tools. What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field or equivalent experience. * 3 years of experience in Quality Management * Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma, ISO9001). * Experience in construction management / construction quality. * Previous experience leading cross functional teams to develop Quality Processes. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000.00 - $$130,000.00 annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
