Job Summary The Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) will be responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously developing the Project Management Office within North America Commercial Operations. This role will oversee the implementation and maturity of project management standards, governance frameworks, and processes while ensuring alignment with organizational goals in a highly regulated environment. In addition to driving PMO strategy, this role will be tactical-serving as the Project Manager on assigned projects, directly leading execution to ensure successful delivery. The Manager of PMO will provide leadership to project teams, manage the project portfolio, and act as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience for the position: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, Master's Degree Preferred Experience: Minimum 6 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
