The Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion welcomes over 700 patients per day with appointments across more than 20 clinics dedicated to cancer diagnostics, treatment, and supportive care. The Nurse Manager will have direct oversight of specific clinics and will serve as a key clinical resource for others. They will work closely with BHCP nurse supervisors and nurse manager colleagues to maintain the highest quality of care and best nursing practices. Additionally, the Nurse Manager leads committees focused on space and resources use, and nursing team performance related to the medical and surgical oncology clinics. Recent clinical nursing experience required. We are seeking a dedicated **Oncology Nurse Educator** for our outpatient settings. This person will enhance the knowledge and skills of our ambulatory oncology nursing teams by developing and implementing educational programs focused on evidence-based practices, advancements in cancer treatment, symptom management, and patient-centered care. Additionally, you will collaborate with nursing leaders to improve onboarding/training and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in fostering professional growth, improving staff confidence, and enhancing the quality of care for oncology patients. General Summary: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Development Educators, plans, implements and evaluates educational and quality improvement activities on the nursing unit. Role-models excellence in patient care through clinical practice, continuous quality improvement and integration of new nursing knowledge into practice.
