About the team The Solutions Engineering team serves as the primary technical resource and internal advocate for all Customers at HashiCorp. Through consultative engagement, we identify our Customers' challenges and business requirements, leveraging our product expertise to propose solutions that meet their needs. As trusted technical advisors, we work closely with our Customers to help them achieve their target outcomes and realize the full value of the HashiCorp solutions they've implemented. What you'll do (responsibilities) As Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will lead and support a team of high-performing Solutions Engineers through all stages of the sales process, from pipeline creation to technical validation, onboarding, consumption, and renewal. You will partner closely with a Sales RVP counterpart to drive business development and sales growth within a shared territory, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional technical guidance to Customers at every stage of their journey with HashiCorp. $148,750

$175,000 USD The OTE pay range for this role is:
$212,500
