HDR is seeking and experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team for a large-scale transportation construction program. This role requires strong leadership, analytical and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and drive efficiency.
In the role of Senior Project Controls Manager, we'll count on you to:
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
- 20 years project/program controls experience
- Previous experience with a large infrastructure consulting firm
- Experience of $500M or more of project oversight
- Certifications (one or more): LEEDAP, CPE, CEP, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, PRMP, DRMP, CFCC, PE, MCSA: BI Reporting
- Ability to interpret construction schedules

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports
- Ability to manage proposal preparation, contract review and negotiation, client relationship and win strategy for medium to large EPC Projects
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
