SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Sr Alternatives Operations Associate is a self-motivated, detail oriented, senior operations role responsible for the management of the alternative and private equity investments operations for Private Capital Management. This position enhances client experience by providing excellent operational expertise to the team and clients, managing projects for client focused requests on alternatives investing. This position will be leading important client and investment operations projects on deadline and collaborating across teams and vendors. The position is responsible for adhering to firm policies and procedures, striving to utilize the firm's digital capabilities whenever possible, and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and a commitment to client service excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide daily operations management of ongoing and new investments in alternative and private equity investments plus subject matter expertise to the Private Capital Management team. The position will manage additional alternative operations platforms, vendor contacts and communication with clients and internal teams regarding alternative investments.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a small cubicle environment that is shared with other team members. TRAVEL Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed. In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $63,275.85 - $101,077.41 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
