About the Role:

The Credit Review Analyst at TD SYNNEX is responsible for evaluating new and existing customer accounts to establish appropriate credit limits and terms. This role involves reviewing sales orders for release within a dynamic technology organization. Working in a fast-paced environment, the analyst collaborates closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, sales organization, and customers to gather necessary information, maximizing revenue potential while effectively managing credit risk.

What You'll Do:

  • Credit Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate new and existing customer accounts to determine suitable credit limits and terms, including analyzing financial statements for credit requests exceeding $50K. Document analyses and provide justifications for credit decisions.

  • Order Review and Release: Manage a portfolio of accounts with varying complexity, reviewing and releasing sales orders according to established guidelines.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work autonomously or in team settings on strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management, ensuring clear communication with the AR team, sales organization, and customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or a related field.

  • 4 year bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics is required. Business Administration and experience may be considered.

  • Ability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.

  • Proficient in using common office equipment and basic data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and other local/regional languages.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a commitment to completing tasks.

  • Adaptability to change and ability to manage stress and pressure in high workload situations.

  • Commitment to maintaining social, ethical, and organizational standards in all business activities.

  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and concerns of others.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Basic skills in financial statement analysis and interpretation.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Professional office environment.

  • May require shift work based on business needs.

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as required.

  • On-call availability may be necessary.

Hybrid Work Schedule:This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance two days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring collaboration and support for team objectives.
