THE JOB:

As a Beverage Manager, you'll take charge of leading a talented team to deliver exceptional service that aligns with our brand standards. You'll oversee Assistant Beverage Managers and staff, ensuring every bar or drink service area meets its goals. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE SCHEDULE: Overnight shift: 11 PM - 7 AM with Wednesday & Thursday off, though may vary based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee and engage with the team on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences throughout the night.
  • Manage and place nightly orders for all bars, ensuring accuracy in Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring the right staffing levels to meet the needs of the business during overnight shifts.
  • Lead and support the beverage team, fostering a positive and productive environment that encourages growth and high performance.
  • Work closely with Assistant Shift Managers to provide coaching on inventory management and operational processes, helping them grow in their roles and excel in their responsibilities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree (or, in lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of food and beverage management experience).
  • Preferably with at least two years of experience in managing any food and beverage concept.
  • Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and hands-on experience with Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) management.
  • Experience working in a casino environment is a plus!
  • Experience working with a unionized team is a plus.
  • Preferably experienced managing at least 40+ team members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • A true team player who thrives in working with others to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$62,600.00 - $104,400.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.
