Job Summary This position reports into the Pharmacy Division and is responsible for Product Portfolio Optimization and Reporting. Drives performance optimization and enables best business decisions by using pharmacy data and product performance reporting to support informational needs of pharmacy leadership, portfolio managers, Go-to-market and sales, pharmacy product and Emerging Rx Concepts. Leads coordination of enterprise portfolio planning and funding processes for Pharmacy Product team to ensure timely and effective PDLC process. Oversees strategic GTM process team for effective launch new product concepts. Develops annual report with recommendations on Pharmacy Product performance to support margin and strategic market optimization. Develops and maintains key pharmacy performance product metrics and reports for leadership including PBRs, business presentations, and new data analytics.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 6 years experience in product analysis & reporting (performance measures, financial analysis, P&L, revenue, margins, metrics), strategic planning, research, project management, product administration/operations or relevant health care industry analysis & reporting OR 10 years of experience in (performance measures, financial analysis, P&L, revenue, margins, metrics), strategic planning, sales & marketing, research, project management, product administration/operations or relevant health care industry analysis & reporting.
* Experience managing people or projects.
* Experience with multi-million dollar/multiyear business and/or reporting and data analysis.

* Understanding of project management tools and methods.
* Financial (budget, revenue, cost, expenses) management experience as it relates to product portfolio performance or related projects/implementation/operations.
* Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
* Excellent Presentation, communication and group facilitation experience.
* Analytical and information synthesis skills.
* Business acumen and project/portfolio analysis skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.

* Experience managing and mentoring staff.
* Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
* Conflict management and resolution skills.
* Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
* MBA or Master's Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking, financial acumen, and problem solving activities.
* Tableau and/or other data visualization tools.
* Consulting experience.
* Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
