The role will drive the payment processing solutions that enable Consumer and Commercial products and programs on VisaNet. They will be responsible for modern solutions to scale the next generation of digital payment products. Key Responsibilities:
- Design the profile management and payment processing (authorization, clearing, and settlement) solutions to enable consumer and commercial products on VisaNet.
- Design platform solutions to enable modern payment programs with dynamic processing features (e.g. Visa Flex, Visa Affluent, Visa Instalments, Visa Commercial Pay, LMM use cases) including product switching, graduation and real-time re-classification facilitating easy client adoption at scale.
- Coordinate platform teams (product/technology) with key value streams in Visa product groups, including Consumer, Commercial Solutions, and Visa Direct. Ensure full transparency in roadmap delivery, planning, and capacity management.
- Support payment processing solutions through all existing and new channels.
- Conduct assessments of current capabilities for payment products and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the deployment and maintenance of payment products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into platform features for delivery. Work with the PPD and Open VisaNet team to ensure a cohesive combined roadmap.
- Ensure the alignment of platform enhancements with broader organizational goals and strategies.
- Work closely with clients, regulators, other key industry standard forums to represent Visa, keeping in mind Visa's strategic objectives and influencing agenda and priorities.
- Partner closely with legal, regulatory teams to ensure compliance with Visa policies, procedures, as well as relevant domestic and international regulations.
- Lead product managers in designing, developing, and implementing platform enhancements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processing solutions for new and existing card and digital products and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure the platform remains competitive and client-focused.
- Represent Visa at client sites as needed, partnering internally and externally with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Visa policies, procedures, as well as relevant domestic and international regulations.

Basic Qualifications
* 12 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 8 years of relevant work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
* 15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) or expanding leadership roles with experience in product and solution management.
* Significant experience in the Visa or payments industry with a strong background in product development.
* Experienced leader with a proven ability to enhance and expand processing platform capabilities through innovation.
* Strong technical expertise in payments including familiarity with payments messaging interfaces and protocols.
* Ability to collaborate across teams to implement and optimize platform solutions.

* Strategic and analytic skills, with the capability to clearly communicate a vision to clients, executives, and their team.
* Exceptional ability to explain complex business and technical concepts in simple, intuitive language to influence and drive progress.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
