This is where you and your skills come in: We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving, hands on Executive Assistant who can embrace a well-paced, dynamic environment to provide executive administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • We need a professional EA that has supported at the C-level with at least 8-10+ years of experience.

  • We need a candidate that understands heavy calendars, experience using Concur as a system for expenses (desirable but training will be provided), PowerPoint expertise for building presentations, Excel for budgets, event management experience, and someone who strives in a team environment, knows proper business etiquette, understands confidentiality and can be a business partner for their executive.

  • Previous experience with extensive international and domestic travel arrangements, meeting preparation, as well as knowledge and expertise in customer experience are required.

  • The individual should be an effective communicator who can embrace our technological unified communication business and hit the ground running.

  • This responsible position would suit an individual with a multitude of office admin skills, ability to handle confidential information and experience gained within a similar small to medium professional environment.

  • You will have superb communication talents and enjoy working under deadlines with accuracy.

  • A friendly, professional and warm team approach is crucial to fit into this fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing admin support to the Executive finance team including but not exclusively: travel bookings, team functions, consolidating presentations, attending meetings as requested, taking minutes and action points.

  • Managing expenses

  • Supporting organization of employee meals during meetings

  • General administration duties

  • Project managing the planning and follow-up of meetings

  • Supporting organizing company events

If you are hired in California the compensation range for this position is between $88,550 -$126,500 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience
