The Opportunity

We are looking for a Principal Marketing Program Manager to join Marketing Program Management Team at Adobe! This position plays a crucial role in the Global Marketing Organization, responsible for efficiently planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing programs, campaigns, and releases. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

As a Principal Marketing Program Manager, you will act as a strategic leader in driving large-scale marketing initiatives, defining standard processes, and collaborating with senior team members to achieve company objectives. You will shape the marketing program management function and influence business strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that align with Adobe's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine marketing goals and flawlessly implement campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
  • Build compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Support the planning and coordination of Adobe's participation in industry events and conferences.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also operating autonomously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and finding solutions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
