Nestle in Springville, UT manufactures Stouffer's Frozen Meals. We are currently hiring for the Caser Helper position. Openings are available on 2nd shift. Shifts are 10 hrs rotating schedules.

Ensures that the pans meet quality standards and enter the belt correctly to prevent efficiency loss on the caser.
1 Understand verbal and written instructions in English
2. Ensures that all trays are properly coded and reworked on a timely basis.
3. Coordinates break rotations on the caser.
4. Accumulates product when caser is down to keep the freezer and production line running.
5. Ensures that all work materials are properly returned or stored and cleans spiral at end of shift.
6. Assists in training new Caser Helpers.
7. Assists Tisma operator with film changes.
8. Transports reworks to front of the line for reworking.
9. Clears probe jams when necessary and restarts the spiral freezer.
10. Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
11. Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestle factory preferred
