Respiratory Manager - Respiratory Services - Full Time Days Department: Respiratory Services Schedule: Full Time Days Hospital: Henry Ford Genesys Location: Grand Blanc, Michigan General Summary: Manages operations for Respiratory, Sleep Disorders and/or other services. Implements departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job-related issues. Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Prepares and monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management preferred. Strong knowledge of respiratory and sleep medicine operations and history of leading a successful respiratory team.
