Project Manager II

Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation seeks Project Manager II to work in Stratford, CT.

Will research to identify solutions to operational, clinical, regulatory, and financial challenges across the YNHH System; collect quantitative & qualitative data to support value-add improvements; prepare proposals & presentations to stakeholders to gain buy-in; manage complex broad scale projects from discovery through implementation; manage assigned interdepartmental team to ensure objectives remain on target; development & on-going tracking of success metrics & KPIs.

Min. Req.: Master's Degree in Healthcare Admin, Business Admin, ITS, or related field. 3 years professional experience required. Prior experience in data analysis & reporting, project management, & leadership required.
