Marketing Assistant - Easton, PA

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support by assisting with the execution of marketing activities and projects and helping with the creation of marketing reports, social media posts, web site content, and more.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

• Create and deploy email campaigns for product announcements, company news, and sales lead drip campaigns
• Distribute sales and marketing materials to customers, media outlets, and fellow employees
• Gather customer feedback through email and customer satisfaction surveys
• Collect and analyze statistics, and distribute reports about web site traffic, use, and PPC ad campaign statistics
• Conduct market research activities such as, focus groups and surveys
• Collect customer testimonials and create case studies to use as web site content
• Occasionally answer phone calls for sales and customer support
• Learn about water meters and sub-metering, digital flow meters, batching systems, and actuated valves
• Edit and add products to the web site and update pricing
• Help create short how-to and product overview videos
• Write, proofread, and edit blog articles
  

A must...

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, and general business computing and communication skills
• Excellent effective communication skills, in writing, in person, and on the phone.
• Work efficiently and independently on assigned tasks once trained
• The desire and aptitude for learning about mechanical and technical subject matter
• The interpersonal skills required to effectively address the needs of customers
• A superior level of attention to detail and a dedication to consistency
• An eagerness to learn new skills and gain expertise in new areas

A plus...

• Sales experience on the phone or in person
• Marketing, with an emphasis on content creation
• Experience with water meters, industrial flow meters, or similar products
