Description Clerical/Administrative Support Summary: The Genetic Counseling Administrative Scheduling Staff Member supports the genetic counseling team by managing administrative tasks and scheduling patient appointments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing excellent patient care. This role provides administrative support to the department leader and staff. Greets and registers patients, answers phones, and takes messages. Serves as a receptionist and scheduler. Utilizes and maintains departmental computerized registration, scheduling and patient records.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
