Job Description

ADP Process Engineer III

Position Location: Albany, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Resist chemistry development, screening & characterization
  • Development of unit process on process integration flow for pathfinding of next generation device architecture & 3D integration requirements.
  • Compile and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications and roadmaps.
  • Work with process and hardware engineers on demo tooling equipment
  • Assist in recommendation and interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization
  • Must be able to work closely with process engineering team & tool assembly teams
  • Keeping up on the latest technology and methods trends in the industry for not only your betterment but also for the purpose of investigating opportunities for securing intellectual property (IP).
  • Comfortable driving project objectives across multiple sites/locations.
  • Work with process and hardware engineers on demo tooling equipment
  • Assist in recommendation and interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor processing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
  • Ability and desire to work as a part of a multicultural team

Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related experience; or Master's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or Associate's Degree with 8 years of related experience; or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions

The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.

Salary Ranges$98,199.92 - $138,774.94

Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
