We are currently searching for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations while working as part of the team. Supervisors perform all functions associated with the warehouse to ensure acceptable inventory levels for operations are maintained. Work Schedule: This is a fulltime position working Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm. Not eligible for work from home. Must report to office. Supervisor Responsibilities can include: Responsible for the support of department and MVRBC initiatives. Oversee assigned staff including counseling, scheduling, and payroll duties. Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain inventory areas, utilizing stock rotation in regards to outdates and lot numbers. Monitor departmental and customer inventory management. Qualifications: Associate's degree in a related field is preferred. Minimum of 6 month's inventory experience preferred. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience. Hold a current and valid driver's license and be insurable by our carrier. Hold or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification card. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. The ability to travel between to multiple blood center locations. What we offer: Competitive wages with shift differentials. On call shifts are paid at time and a half!
