Your Opportunity: We are seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Administrator to assist with the development of procedures ensuring our business operations comply with various regulations.This role collaborates with various business leaders across the organization on regulatory and compliance matters.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Compliance:Regularly review operations to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including consumer safety laws, environmental standards, and FDA regulations.
  • Documentation and Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation, such as policies, procedures, and audit reports.
  • Compliance Training:Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Auditing and Response:Conduct internal compliance audits, identify potential issues, and respond to external audits.
  • Risk Assessment:Identify potential compliance risks, evaluate their severity, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Policy Development and Updates:Contribute to the development, review, and updating of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with various departments to integrate compliance into daily operations.
  • Stay Informed:Keep up with new and updated laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

You Must Have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Natural curiosity with the ability to research compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and best practices

We Would Also Prefer:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a compliance role
  • Experience responding to customer or third party audits (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP, SAQ, Sphera)
  • Experience with or knowledge of some of the following regulations: California Prop. 65, CPSIA, state, federal and international laws related to PFAS, FDA regulations regarding food packaging, medical devices and medical device packaging, cosmetics and cosmetics packaging, extended producer and country of origin laws, REACH, RoHS)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
