We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Product to lead the definition, design, development, and delivery of business solutions using enterprise business and digital applications. As a Trex Director, Enterprise Product you'll drive business process innovation and deliver seamless digital experiences to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic product mindset, functional domain experience, UX principles, technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to guide the business SMEs, IT engineering, and consulting partners (balanced teams) toward strategic problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Product Leadership



  • Define and lead the product strategy for enterprise business systems and digital applications, aligning with Trex's overarching business objectives.
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and technological trends.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and alignment across the organization.


Product Lifecycle Management



  • Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain management systems.
  • Lead the design and delivery of customer-facing digital solutions, such as e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and customer portals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions on time and within budget.


  • Implement and promote agile practices to ensure iterative development, faster delivery, and continuous improvement.


Stakeholder and Balanced Team Collaboration



  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, sales, and finance, to define business problems and translate them into actionable product plans.
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and ensure digital applications meet their evolving needs.


Performance and Optimization



  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize usability and impact.
  • Ensure enterprise systems and applications are resilient, secure, and compliant with industry standards.


Leadership and Team Leadership



  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Create a strong product mindset and culture to problem-solving.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for digital innovation within Trex and the broader industry.



EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise business systems and digital applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise business systems such as ERP (Such as JD Edwards, Oracle Cloud, SAP), CRM (E.g., Sales Force), and supply chain platforms.
  • Experience with customer-facing digital platforms (E.g., Adobe), including e-commerce, mobile applications, and customer portals.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and digital transformation principles.
  • Experience using JIRA Align and JIRA
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, and integration frameworks
