  • Role and Responsibilities:


We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Assembler to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, assembling, and preparing dry-cleaned or laundered garments and linens according to customer orders.



  • Sort laundry and linen items based on customer specifications.

  • Arrange laundry and linens in accordance with order requirements.

  • Assist in providing direct laundry exchange services.

  • Ensure the proper loading and unloading of items to and from delivery vehicles.

  • Remove stains from items using appropriate procedures and techniques.

  • Ensure all tasks for the shift are completed on time and meet quality standards as outlined by the production schedule.

  • Properly use and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Assist with routine maintenance of laundry equipment and keep it clean and functional.


Qualifications:



  • No experience needed!

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.


Preferred Skills:



  • Previous experience in a laundry or assembly role is a plus.

  • Knowledge of different fabric types and appropriate care methods.

  • Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment and its operation.


Physical & Environmental Demands:



  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Frequent standing, walking, and bending.

  • Manual dexterity for handling small items or performing detailed work.

  • Frequent exposure to industrial laundry equipment and detergents.

  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment with fluctuating temperatures.

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals.

  • Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
