Role and Responsibilities:


Are you ready to keep things squeaky clean and shining bright? We're looking for a Janitor to join our team! As a Janitor, you'll be the superhero of sanitation, ensuring our space is always tidy and welcoming.



  • Work with a team that primarily composed of individuals with disabilities.

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum like a pro.

  • Keep restrooms fresh and stocked.

  • Empty trash and recycling bins with a smile.

  • Help maintain a spotless environment that everyone loves.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable and punctual-because cleanliness waits for no one!


Qualifications:



  • Work well with others and be supportive.

  • Notice when products need to be moved or replaced.

  • Follow safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).


Requirements:



  • No experience needed


Physical Demands:



  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cleaning supplies.

  • Spend long hours standing and walking during cleaning tasks.

  • Frequently bend, kneel, and crouch to clean floors, surfaces, and restrooms.

  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.

  • Hand-eye coordination for operating cleaning equipment and tools.

  • Reasonable accommodations can be made.


Environmental Demands:



  • Work in various environments, including offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas.

  • Possible exposure to heat, cold, rain, or snow while performing outdoor tasks.

  • Use of cleaning chemicals; must follow safety guidelines.

  • Exposure to noise from cleaning equipment and machinery.
