Overview BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert with 3+ years of experience to work with the F-35 Integrated Product Team (IPT) at NAVAIR Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA. Salary The typical annual salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $170,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range. Responsibilities Serve as Functional and Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electronic warfare threats, the AN/ALQ 260 self-contained expendable digital radio frequency memory (DRFM) jammer, radar data, and test and evaluation. Integrate intelligence functions to create a feedback loop where systems collect intelligence that improves their own effectiveness while simultaneously supporting broader air warfare operations. Write and update intermediate and final technical documents including system requirements and design specifications/documents, white papers, and engineering notes. Lead project-related meetings (milestone reviews, status, design, etc.), and both host and conduct technical meetings and teleconferences. 25% of the work may be at alternate sites - requiring travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS).
