PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Assistant Culvert/Ditching Supervisor is responsible for completing scheduled, periodic and emergency culvert inspections and providing feedback based on observed field conditions. They provide oversight of both CPKC and contractor maintenance employees, as well as facilitating action plans based on detailed inspection results with the Railroad Bridge Engineer and SR. Management Conductor Program: Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC.
