As a Senior Product Manager on our Sponsor and Intermediary Experience team, you will create an experience redefining what Plan Sponsorsexpect from their retirement plan provider, helping them administer their plan and improve outcomes for their participants. This talented individual must have a strong track record in product management and someone that brings creativity, customer focus, product sense, analytical skill, leadership, and the ability to collaborate. Ultimately, the goal of the individual will be the enhance how our plan sponsors interact with the Plan Service Center to drive self-service, the adoption of products and services and make it easier for sponsors to do business with Empower.

What you will do:

  • Work with leadership to support key product initiatives and define epics and features of the product or application

  • Lead priorities for enhancement to short- and long-term roadmap that aligns with business goals, including commitment, organization needs and roadmap timing

  • Define and lead scope of product development by streamlining the product development process to ensure thorough and accurate completion of initiatives, both internally and externally

  • Work with the client service, operations, technology, and UX design teams to align strategy and/or functionality

  • Work with Product segment leaders to improve P&L for all market segments with a strong understanding of the competitive marketplace and industry trends

  • Drive end-to-end product capabilities and experience

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Deployment, Marketing, Sales, Service, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams

What you will bring:

  • 7-10 years relevant work experience in financial services industry

  • Seasoned manager of projects and products

  • Previous experience with all mediums of communications, specifically digital, required

  • Strong communication skills and superlative presentation skills required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience

What will set you apart:

  • Experience managing projects preferred

  • Experience in vendor/partner management preferred

  • Deep understanding of the marketplace including employers, employees and intermediary, and ability to influence internal and external clients and partners

  • Organizational savvy and the ability to successfully collaborate with all levels of management and staff

Base Salary Range

$111,800.00 - $162,125.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
