Our Category Management Manager - Appetizers & Specialty Products offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible foroverseeing channel and product growth strategies for private label appetizers and specialty products. This role involves developing product and lifecycle strategies to drive growth and support business and innovation objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Strategy and Vision - Define and implement product assortment strategies to fulfill business goals, addressing market share, expansion, and product innovation.
• Performance Tracking and Insights - Make data-driven decisions to improve product offerings and in-market performance.
• Innovation - Oversee the launch of new products,ensuring alignment across departments (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D).

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in businessor a related field,MBA preferred, with3+ years Market Research, New Product Development or Category Management experience required.

  Experience managing the entire product journey from inception to retirement and engage with diverse teams in product development/QA, operations, and sales.
