About the role:

This FARAVIEW Product Manager III is responsible for the support of the FARAVIEW Software module, FARAWAVE NAV Pulsed Field Ablation catheter, and OPAL HDx Mapping System in the international markets. This person must be a strong communicator and will guide international colleagues through launch plan development, execution, and post-launch maximization of market share capture.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Develop deep understanding of individualized international market dynamics, with the ability to optimize best practice from other geographies to meet market needs.
  • Serve as liaison between cross functional partners (supply chain, R/D, regulatory) and local in-market marketing organizations.
  • Establish, actively track, and understand relevant regional key performance indicators and all local initiatives (tradeshows, customer events, etc.).
  • Understand all local market factors, including physician segments, competitive share, and ongoing business initiatives.
  • Support in ideation and execution of local events to share physician best practices between geographic regions.
  • Work with fellow global PM's to establish cadence and manage agenda for regular check-in meeting with local stakeholders to ensure the dissemination of best practice and solve local problems as identified.
  • Provide guidance on internal and physician training protocols and processes.
  • Support local product forecasting and product inventory management



What we're looking for in you:

Required qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical fields preferred)
  • Working hour flexibility to support marketings across time-zones
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry
  • Medical device product launch experience
  • Flexibility to travel up to 35% in support of tradeshows, internal meetings and customer programs, as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with international (EMEA / LATAM / APAC) stakeholders
  • Single use device product launch experience



Preferred qualifications:



  • Medical device experience in cardiology / electrophysiology
  • Outstanding customer service skills, both internal and external to the organization
  • Capital equipment product launch experience

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
