JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks in support of a top executive and leadership team, including the management of multiple calendars. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Schedules and confirms appointments, proofs and formats documents. Organizes, schedules and provides logistical support for special events, meetings, trainings, and consultations. Acts as the administrative liaison for the organization with Board of Directors. Completes special projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and responds appropriately to sensitive situations and handles sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive's role within the organization.
  • Assures timely, accurate, and professional completion of assigned administrative projects, correspondence, and record keeping for the corporation.
  • Acts as the administrative liaison for the organization with Board of Directors, managing logistics and communications.
  • Organizes, schedules and provides logistical support for special events, meetings, trainings, and consultations
  • Represents the executive leadership team with staff, clients, other organizations and the public-at-large; effectively triages requests and represents the organization with the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, organize and coordinate office functions for optimal performance with minimal supervision.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Self-Starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in time management
  • Skilled in problem-solving
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office. Expert level Excel preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

  • Four to six years of experience performing high level administrative functions required. Experience supporting C Suite level preferred.
  • Prior healthcare or non-profit experience preferred.
  • Experience providing support through remote platforms preferred.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
