Senior Financial Analyst

General Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading complex financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support executive decision-making. The Senior Financial Specialist ensures compliance with regulatory standards, strengthens internal controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role in our Fort Mill, SC location and is in office Tuesday - Thursday.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• FP&A lead for all Global Recurring Subscription & Software Revenue and Gross Margin
• Partner with team on the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process, including analyzing actual results against budget/ forecast and prior period results.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to help with monthly/quarterly BOD presentations
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and policies.
• Strengthen internal controls and support internal/external audits.
• Provide strategic advice on financial performance and new opportunities.
• Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-departmental projects to successful completion.
