About the Role

We are looking for an Industrial Data Specialist with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and EAM data analytics to drive visibility into maintenance performance and asset reliability. This role focuses on building interactive dashboards to track key maintenance KPIs, equipment performance metrics, and operational trends. The ideal candidate has experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, understands maintenance processes, and can translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

What You Will Do
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau and or other platforms to visualize maintenance and asset performance data.
  • EAM Data Integration: Extract, clean, and transform data from CMMS/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, Ignition, Scada etc.) to generate meaningful reports.
  • KPI & Metrics Reporting: Track and analyze maintenance KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), downtime, work order completion rates, and asset utilization.
  • Data Storytelling: Present complex data in a way that helps maintenance, and operations teams make informed decisions.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Develop automated data pipelines and scheduled reports to ensure real-time visibility into maintenance performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and leadership teams to define reporting needs and optimize asset management strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making to enhance maintenance operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What You Need
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, dashboard development, or maintenance reporting
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization preferred
  • Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying maintenance databases
  • Understanding of maintenance and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, Asset Criticality, etc.)
  • Experience with Python, R, or DAX is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)
  • Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)

Work Environment
