We are actively seeking a Travel Accounts Payable Support based in Washington D.C. This position is onsite and has a duration of up to 2.5 months. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Puyenpa team supporting our efforts with a transitioning government entity. The main responsibilities of the role include: Contractor shall provide data entry input into and assist in maintaining the Travel Accounts Payable systems for tracking travel reimbursements, timelines, and statuses; maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reimbursements. Contractor is responsible for providing travel reimbursement payouts support. Contractor shall handle travel reimbursement requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with EOP policies; maintain accurate records of all travel-related expenses and reimbursements; ensure all reimbursements adhere to organizational guidelines. The qualified candidate will have the following knowledge and experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, providing customer, basic clerical, and administrative support. High school diploma or equivalent. Top Secret Clearance.
