We are seeking a dedicated Principal Product Growth Leader to join our PLG Product organization. You'll be driving growth for Adobe Express, all-in-one create anything app that helps millions of creators develop standout content. Your role will be pivotal in driving product adoption, crafting the future of our product innovation and ensuring product market fit as we launch. You'll partner closely with data science & research to develop growth strategies steeped in user insights & data, run high-impact experiments, and implement solutions that accelerate user success & retention. Your initiatives should range from big bets that change the product's growth trajectory to quick wins that continuously remove friction for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of world-class product growth strategies
  • Develop data-backed growth strategies & solutions that increase user delight and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless implementation of product initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to pinpoint opportunities for product development and expansion.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to track product success and growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Collaborate with collaborators to align on product vision and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with the broader Adobe strategy and goals.
Requirements
  • +6 years proven experience in product strategy
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of successfully implementing growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strict focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • A solid understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $145,100 -- $273,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
