Overview

The Digital Marketing Project Manager (Web/SEO) is responsible for digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, website development and the digital platform infrastructure for the parent brand and subsidiaries of AIT Worldwide Logistics. This position manages the website release schedule and annual content audit and integrates acquisitions into the digital content management and development processes.



Responsibilities

    Manage digital marketing initiatives including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), website development, email marketing, digital partnerships, channel marketing, and analytics and apply digital integration playbook. Define metrics, analyze campaign success, and track and forecast user growth and engagement
  • Create and maintain website release schedule, plan and execute annual website content audit for domains within the content management system. Test, report, optimize, and analyze channel performance to identify key improvement levers and opportunities
  • Oversee website development; align third-party digital vendors and internal stakeholders to lead monthly code push process in cloud-based hosting environments (development through production)
  • Collaborate weekly with digital agencies to manage development hours, feature testing, and code push schedule
  • Monitor KPIs, provide performance reporting and improvement recommendations. Create and implement standard operating procedures
  • Manage digital platform infrastructure and maintenance of integrated tools/software. Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing
  • Apply global digital marketing strategy to support lead generation efforts
  • The wage range for this position is $80,560.00-$120,840.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience


Qualifications

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required

Experience Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms. Required and
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC practices. Required
  • 5+ years Digital Marketing management experience with the ability to apply forward thinking strategies aligned to performance results and trends for new adoption with scalable solutions. Required
  • 5+ years Platform experience with Kentico, Google, Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager Required
  • 2+ years Experience with BrightEdge (or similar), Osario (or similar), Yext, Hubspot, MailChimp (or similar) Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Must have a fluid understanding of content management system, ability to create graphics, templates new pages.
  • Ability to apply forward thinking strategies aligned to performance results and trends for new adoption
  • Kentico, BrightEdge (or similar), Osano (or similar) platform knowledge (High proficiency)
  • Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager knowledge (High proficiency)
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing principles, terminology and techniques (High proficiency)
  • Project management software (Asana preferred) (Medium proficiency)
  • General Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Zoom) (High proficiency)
  • Attention to detail and creativity (High proficiency)
  • Organization and planning capabilities (High proficiency)
  • Ability to manage processes and build digital team as a people leader (High proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Computer Skills (basic, knowledgeable, advanced): In-depth understating and experience with Google Analytics, BrightEdge software, MailChimp, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite and webmaster tools. Advanced understanding of html and CSS. Upon Hire Required
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional Kentico Marketer Certification: Verifies practical experience and familiarity with both out-of-box and custom marketing features, and digital marketing knowledge and skills. Upon Hire Preferred
  • Certified Digital Marketing Professional BrightEdge Certification: Validates a user's ability to leverage the full BrightEdge platform to deliver value from search and digital marketing. Upon Hire Preferred

In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives (dependent on position).
