Under minimum supervision, assumes lead roles in medium revenue threshold projects. Key contributor to analyze business problems of up to medium complexity. Generates computer aided quantitative and statistical business analysis by leveraging advanced tools and scientific modeling approaches related to customer analytics, market analysis and forecasting in support of the organization's global strategies. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Master's degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research. Minimum Experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities One (1) year of experience or coursework with the following skills (skills can be gained concurrently with education): computer-aided decision support (utilize computer languages or packages to analyze data and generate reports, presentation or insights in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative field such as engineering/operations research), or any programming language (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.net, Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire). Strong human relations, communications and analytical skills. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience synthesizing complex financial data, competitive market research, and strategic evaluations into clear insights, data-driven recommendations, and go-to-market tactics that align with business objectives. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex information, effectively advocate for solutions, and position recommendations to global, cross-functional stakeholders including executive leadership. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: Collierville - $7,488.36-$9,922.07 monthly; Lakeland $7,488.36-$9,922.07 monthly, Plano - $7,882.48 - $10,444.28 monthly; Harrison-$7,094.23 -$9,399.85 monthly; Pittsburgh- $7,882.48 - $10,444.28 monthly Additional Details: Desired location for this hybrid position is Collierville-TN, Plano-TX, Harrison-AR, Lakeland-FL & Pittsburgh-PA. Candidates must live w/in 50 miles & required to work onsite several times a week. Relocation available.
